Could it be that Trump’s choice for “Acting” Attorney General, Matt Whitaker, isn’t legal? None other than Fox News says it was. According to Raw Story, Fox News legal analyst Andrew Napolitano said that “Whitaker was not confirmed by the Senate and therefore violates the law.”
Raw quotes Napolitano as saying, “Under the law, the person running the Department of Justice must have been approved by the United States Senate for some previous position. Even on an interim post.”
The result being that Trump has once again ignored the law and the constitution and his “Acting” Attorney General may be vulnerable to legal action from Democrats.
