CNN is running an interesting video on a new diet that some scientists are suggesting that could both improve people’s health, and safe-guard the planet. The new diet features a lot of grains and vegetables, while cutting back on red meat and starches.
Actually sounds pretty taste, unlike many a diet we’ve tried. (We’re still trying to get over that thing with the fresh roasted crickets. But that’s another, and more horrible story.)
