Impeaching Individual-1

By Marc Keyser, TheResistance.Blog

Who is “Individual-1”?

Prosecutors for the Southern District of New York released incriminating documents Friday that implicate Individual-1 in at least one federal crime ―

Michael Cohen, Trump’s fixer/attorney pleaded guilty to paying off two women who claim to have had sexual relations with Trump in order to avoid negative publicity for Trump during the presidential campaign? The person who conspired with him to make the illegal payments is identified only as Individual-1.

However in the court filing, Cohen said he paid the women off “in co-ordination with and at the direction of Trump”?

We can, therefore, deduce that “Individual-1 is Donald Trump the President of the United States.

Totally clears the President. Thank you!

Except for that little part where the US Attorney’s Office says that you directed and coordinated with Cohen to commit two felonies. Other than that, totally scot-free.

Being named as Individual-1, an un-indicted co-conspirator, does not clear Trump of anything… just the opposite.

The reason President Trump has not been indicted and sent to prison along with Cohen is Trump’s the president and Cohen’s not. We have an unindicted criminal sitting in the Oval Office who is, for the moment, above the law.

Some of the Trump Propagandists at Fox News might not want to go down with Trump’s sinking ship.

Fox News legal analyst Andrew Napolitano, a staunch Trump supporter is apparently looking for the exit. Napolitano finds it impossible to believe that the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York will not at some point indict President Donald Trump.

While talking with Fox News’ Bill Hemmer, Napolitano explained that the filing released last week indicated that Trump was in significant legal jeopardy, and he could not imagine prosecutors making it without some plan to bring charges against the president.

“This is the Southern District of New York,” he said. “This is the oldest and most prodigious prosecutors’ office in the country. They would not make an allegation like that if they did not have corroborated evidence to support it. And they cannot make an allegation like that unless they’re going to do something with it.”

Trump participated in a felony violation of campaign finance law by directing his attorney, Michael Cohen, to payoff of the two women Trump had affairs with in order to influence the presidential election.

In particular, Napolitano said that prosecutors could file a “secret indictment” against Trump that is hidden from public view to ensure that the statute of limitations on his alleged crimes does not run out.

Trump could go to prison the minute he leaves the White House.

This nation is in a far more serious than a “Constitutional Crisis”. The American people need the truth, the full truth about President Donald J. Trump.

Cohen plead guilty to five counts of tax evasion, one count of bank fraud, and two counts of campaign finance violations involving hush-money payments to the actress Stormy Daniels (whose real name is Stephanie Clifford) and to Karen McDougal at Trump’s direction.

Cohen committed a crime “causing an unlawful corporate contribution,” regarding Cohen’s role in silencing Karen McDougal’s story of an affair with Trump by persuading her to sell the rights to the National Inquirer that then quashed the story, which is an “excessive campaign contribution.”

Trump supporters are raising questions as to Michael Cohen’s reliability as a witness … except for the tape recordings of conversations with his client, Donald Trump, he made surreptitiously.

In a three-minute conversation on tape between Cohen and his boss, Trump, the conversation details a few things, including how to purchase the rights to the story of a former Playboy model Karen McDougal who alleges she had an affair with Trump.

In the recording, Cohen tells then-presidential candidate Trump- who doesn’t know he is being recorded- “I need to open up a company for the transfer of all of that info regarding our friend David.”

(David Pecker, CEO of American Media and publisher of National Enquirer, bought the story to bury it on Trump’s behalf in exchange for a payment from Trump. Pecker has been granted immunity for his testimony.)

“What financing?” Trump can be heard to ask after a number of other, inaudible comments.

“We’ll have to pay,” Cohen says.

Trump then says something about whether or not to “pay with cash” to which Cohen responds, “No. No, no, no, no. I got (inaudible). No, no no.”

Trump then says the word “check” and the tape ends.

The Mueller investigation is getting closer and the cry to impeach Trump is getting louder.

Representative Steve Cohen (D., Tenn.) a member of the powerful House Judiciary Committee:

This is the most impeachable president ever, and the facts need to come out to show the American public that he has committed impeachable offenses. I think what he’s done in trying to coerce witnesses or influence witnesses with his tweets, if he makes any pardons that would be considered possibly obstruction of justice, and I think there is no question that Mueller has him dead to rights on Russia.

Lawrence O’Donnell, MSNBC anchor, said President Donald Trump “will be, must be impeached because of the crimes prosecutors say he committed” in the case of his former personal attorney, Michael Cohen.

O’Donnell made an important observation, “nothing in the Constitution” says a president cannot be indicted, charged with a crime or put on trial.

So why hasn’t Trump been charged with the crimes Michael Cohen has confess to and testified that Trump told him to do and made the payments to cover up?

O’Donnell explained, “And so the only conceivable reason why Donald Trump has not been indicted as a co-conspirator in the Cohen case is that he won the presidential election, that he conspired with Michael Cohen to illegally affect.”

Prosecutors named Trump as a co-conspirator in Cohen’s crimes. “Michael Cohen is facing substantial prison time for those same crimes.”

“Will Donald Trump be the only president in history accused by federal prosecutors of committing federal crimes who does not then face impeachment for those crimes?” O’Donnell added.

President Trump has been tweeting that he is not Individual-1 claiming that he has been “totally” cleared … which is absurd.

The US Attorney’s Office says Cohen committed the crimes “In co-ordination with and at the direction of Trump.”

Fox & Friends were shocked when a prominent conservative columnist stunned the hosts when he told them President Trump would likely be indicted for campaign finance violations.

National Review writer Andrew McCarthy suggested that Michael Cohen’s admission that he made payments to two former Trump mistresses was a stepping stone to the indictment of the president.

“The Southern District of New York case,” McCarthy explained, “which is different from the Mueller case on Cohen — they are clearly going after the president on campaign finance violations.”

“It’s clear Trump is the target and he’ll be indicted eventually,” he added.

“That kind of stops me in my tracks,” Fox & Friends host Ed Henry told McCarthy. “We’ve heard all along that Justice Department guidance is that the president himself can’t be indicted…”

McCarthy speculated that the Justice Department would wait until Trump leaves office to indict him.

“The president is not supposed to get an advantage from being president,” the conservative writer said. “All we say is he can’t be put through the criminal process while he’s president.”

“They can indict him and he can be tried down the road,” McCarthy revealed. “Are they setting the stage to file charges against him? I can’t come to any other conclusion.”

So why can’t the Justice Department indict President Trump now?

Stripping Donald Trump of the office of the presidency after he “procured the presidency by fraud” a former US Attorney explained on MSNBC’s “AM Joy” on Saturday.

Former U.S. Attorneys Joyce Vance and Barbara McQuade joined guest host Jonathan Capehart to dissect a week of bombshell news from special counsel Robert Mueller and federal prosecutors in the Southern District of New York.

“That has legal implications for the Mueller investigation, but the bottom line here is that all the time that Trump during the campaign was telling us he had no dealings in Russia, no business in Russia, he was actually sitting on top of a deal that was designed to bring in hundreds of millions of dollars according to filings that we’ve seen this week.”

“This is not just a regulatory offense when you talk about campaign finance violations. It could be that President Trump procured the presidency by fraud,” she noted.

If Mueller’s investigation proves Trump committed criminal acts to win the election, not only must Trump be brought to justice; but all the bills he has signed, all the appointments he has made, all the executive orders he has issued must be rescinded and nullified.

Republicans in Congress are involved in a cover-up to protect President Trump and stay in control of the government.

We have reached a point when it would be politically perilous for lawmakers who fail to act, particularly as it becomes increasingly clear that Donald Trump committed crimes to win the presidency.

If congressional Republicans have any shred of patriotism left – and it’s unclear if they do – then they will join the growing number of Americans who are declaring that nobody, not even the president, is above the law

Republicans in Congress knew the Russians were attacking out election process to help Trump. (The outgoing Obama administration gave them that information along with all of our intelligence agencies.

Republicans knew there was a high probability of collusion between the Trump campaign and Putin, which would explain why Trump wanted to ease sanctions on Russia, which makes Trump an illegitimate president and a traitor giving aid and comfort to the enemy.

Republicans knew Trump was guilty of obstruction because Trumps said so.

In an NBC News exclusive interview, President Trump revealed to Lester Holt that he was preparing to fire FBI Director James Comey regardless of recommendations from the attorney general and deputy attorney general.

Trump said, “And in fact, when I decided to just do it, I said to myself — I said, you know, this Russia thing with Trump and Russia is a made-up story. It’s an excuse by the Democrats for having lost an election that they should’ve won.

Trump firing Comey because of the “Russia thing” is a blatant and very public admission of obstruction of justice, which the GOP Congress ignored and tried to cover up.

Trump Republicans have lied consistently to the America people to cover up the crimes Trump has and is committing.

With Cohen’s conviction, we know Donald Trump helped steal the election by illegally paying to cover up dirt on himself.

Republicans in Congress refuse to act.

Republicans refuse to protect the Mueller investigation and instead have attacked Mueller personally. Republicans refuse to uphold the law and see Trump brought to justice. Why? Perhaps, it is because they are a party to the conspiracy to sell out America to Russia in order to stay in power. Perhaps it is because some of there were taking money from Putin passed through the NRA?

Retiring Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) defends President Trump saying he doesn’t believe Trump committed any crimes.

Hatch told CNN’s Manu Raju that he didn’t have any concerns about allegations that Trump directed his former lawyer Michael Cohen to pay hush money to two women with whom Trump allegedly had affairs to prevent them from going public during his Presidential campaign.

“No because I don’t think he was involved in crimes but even then, you know, you can make anything a crime under the current laws; if you want to you can blow it way out of proportion you can do a lot of things,” Hatch said.

Hatch said the Democrats would do anything to hurt the president.

When told the federal prosecutors for the Southern District of New York were making the allegations (not Mueller’s team), Hatch said, “OK but I don’t care; all I can say is he’s doing a good job as president.”

“President Trump before he became president that’s another world. Since he’s become president, this economy has charged ahead. … And I think we ought to judge him on that basis other than trying to drum up things from the past that may or may not be true.”

In court, the only reason Trump would not be found guilty of multiple crimes is by reason of insanity.

The danger is when the Mueller report becomes public- assuming the Republicans do not bury it- no matter how many indictments and convictions of those surrounding the president and no matter how serious the crimes Trump has committed from obstruction of justice to treason, Republicans in Congress like Orin Hatch will continue to deny it and claim the Democrats made Trump do it. To them, Trump is above the law and truth doesn’t matter. Trump Republicans in control of the Senate are not likely to impeach President Trump…. unless they are force to do so.

CNN’s legal analyst, Jeffrey Toobin, makes a bold prediction about GOP’s future support of Donald Trump. Republican lawmakers have lashed themselves to Trump and are willing to go “down with the ship.”

How to convince Republicans in Congress to impeach Trump?

A Global Phone Protest aimed at Bank of America, Merrill Edge and Fox News has the power to force the Republicans in Congress join Democrats and impeach Trump for high crimes including treason.

Protest by phone.

Call the nearest branch of Bank of America and Fox News Advertisers starting with My Pillow. Call in solidarity and overrun their phones and put business as usual on hold. Cost them money, a great deal of money.

Calling together in solidarity, we can shut down their communications. Calling from the safety of our own phones, we can force Republicans in Congress to impeach Trump… if they want to keep Bank of America from going under and avoid a financial crisis on Wall Street.

Why call Bank of America? Because that’s where the money is.

Bank of America is a leading Wall Street bank responsible for the Housing Market Fraud in 2008 that bankrupted millions of Americans and added some $10 trillion dollars to national debt. Bank of America is a key player in the shadow government that controls our government. We can break up this monopoly; and, at the same time, force the Republicans in Congress to impeach Trump… or risk losing Bank of America.

Why call My Pillow?

Because Mike Lindell, the head of My Pillion is staunch Trump supporter who refused to pull his advertising in defiance of student protests against Fox News for their support of the NRA.

Make it too costly for My Pillow to advertise with Fox News, and set an example for other advertisers.

Everyone has a phone and a few minutes.

Call in solidarity until we have a large enough gathering of demonstrators to disrupt business at My Pillow, Bank of America, and Merrill Edge worldwide and put the fear of God into them.

Kill three birds with the same phone calls.

Break up Bank of America Merrill Edge and at the same time put Fox News out of the Trump propaganda business.

May the Force be with you on the phones.

A word to the wise. Take your money out of Bank of America. You don’t want your money in Bank of America when the avalanche hits, and there is a run on the bank, and it’s too late.

Demonstrate out front of the nearest branch of Bank of America, Merrill Edge and Fox News. Make the news, help spread the word, and turn customers away from Bank of America Merrill Edge and advertisers away from Fox News.

Call risk free.

You don’t need to travel anywhere or take time off work and lose pay. You don’t risk being tear gassed, beaten by riot police, attacked by dogs, blasted with high power pressure water hoses, shot with rubber bullets, or arrested and carted off to jail. You don’t need to fear being attacked, run over, killed or injured by Trump’s violent followers. Just call Bank of America and pray for them. Call Fox News advertisers starting with My Pillow and put their business on hold to convince advertisers to advertise elsewhere.

Organize your own Call Squad

Boycott the nearest Bank of America Merrill Edge and tv station that carries Fox News. Demonstrate out front and organize people to call using social media. Make the news and go viral.

Activate people on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.

Help get the message out. Use your smartphone to network and help the Global Phone Protest go viral on the Internet activating thousands, millions of protesters around the globe to join in calling and overwhelm their communications.

Financial markets hate uncertainty.

Trump Republicans with money in Bank of America Merrill Lynch will join the protest when they get the bad news. They will join us on the phones flooding the bank with angry calls and complaints wanting their money out of the bank. They will want to unload their stock to be safe.

In order to speak to power, we must first be in a position of power.

Take to the phones and shut down Bank of America until our voices are heard in Congress loud and clear. The Resistance won the House of Representatives. and now we are going to win the war against Trump. We win by making Bank of America and My Pillow lose money. We win when Trump Republicans in Congress face the threat of losing Bank of America should they chose not protect the Mueller investigation and impeach Trump.

Protesting by phone is demonstrating on steroids.

We fire back with phone calls to Bank of America, Merrill Edge and Fox News advertiser My Pillow. We disrupt their communications and put their business on hold. We cost them money, and we cripple their business until Republicans join Democrats in Congress to impeach Trump… to stop the calls to save Bank of America and Fox News from devastating financial losses. That’s the deal.
