Editor’s Note: The following is not an actual interview with Representative Ocasio-Cortez. It is, however, based on her actual statements and presents a conversation as Marc Keyser thinks it might genuinely go.
Exclusive Interview with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez
We have a special guest on the show today. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is here in the Liberal Resistance virtual reality newsroom.
Marc Keyser. Thank you for being on the show.
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez: I have a very busy schedule, and it’s nice to be here without having to actually be there.
Marc: Republican political strategist, Ed Rollins on the Fox Business News hosted by Lou Dobbs, stuck his sexist foot in his mouth attacking you. He dismissively called you “the little girl” with a big “mouth.”
Alexandria: The “GOP loves to insult my intelligence, yet offers this this guy their best and most seasoned opposition to my policy proposals.
Alexandra: I said that If anything, this dude is a walking argument to tax misogyny at 100%. Republicans rob everyone the opportunity of real policy debate by resorting to this.”
Marc: Nicely played.
Now see. This is why your people love you. We have to get rid of these foaming-at-the-mouth-sexists-Fox-News Nazis.
By the way, I thought the video of you dancing on the roof top was charming.
After spending so much of my time covering Trump’s slime trail of lies, crime, corruption and treason, it’s refreshing to have a guest on my show who is bright, decent and inspirational… unlike most of Fox News.
Alexandra: I can take them on.
Marc: I am sure you can. We just want to give you some backup. Fox News is Trump’s fake news; and in order to undermine the Trump regime, we must put Fox News out of business. We need to throw a wrench into the Trump Propaganda Machine.
Alexandria: But how?
Marc: We call Fox News out.
Alexandria: how does calling Fox News out change things?
Marc: As Americans and consumers with phones, we have the right, the responsibility, and the duty to call and hold Fox News accountable. Fox News is not going to get away with treating you like this.
We use our smartphones to call in solidarity and boycott one major advertiser at a time to convince them to drop Fox News until their advertisers desert them and Fox News fires their Trump propagandists… starting with Sean Hannity… or Fox News goes belly up.
Alexandria: I see. You mean a Phone Protest with a few million people calling until Fox News loses so much advertising revenue, they are forced to fire these Trump propagandists?
Marc: I could not have said it better myself.
Fox News can fire their Trump shills or lose more and more advertisers until they go bankrupt. It’s their choice.
Marc: It’s already working. Parkland Students boycotted Fox News advertisers. One of the young, student-activists, David Hogg launched a boycott of Fox News advertisers on his Twitter account (he has 920K followers), and some 26 big advertisers dropped out in a matter of days. Apparently, they did not want their business to get inundated with phone calls.
These are some of the advertiser that dropped Fox: Red Lobster, IBM, Mitsubishi, Allstate, Blue, Apron, Slimfast, Bayer, Honda, Ruby Tues., Lib Mutual, Office Depot, Nestle, Wayfair, TripAdvisor, Nutrish, Expedia, Jos A Banks, Hulu, StitchFix, Principal, Atlantis, Ent Studios, Jenny Craig, Miracle-Ear, Progressive, J&J…
Alexandria: So all the Resistance has to do is pick up where the Parkland Students left off?
We start by calling Mike Lindell who owns My Pillow. He is a Trump supporter who refuses to pull his advertising.
All our people have to do is join in calling My Pillow and boycott their phones until Lindell stops advertising with Fox News… and other advertisers will follow if they don’t want to be next in the barrel.
Alexandria: Just call My Pillow?
Marc: Just call My Pillow 1-800-544-8939 in solidarity, convince them to stop advertising until Fox News fires these Fox Liars broadcasting the Trump Lies, Lunacy and Treason.
We simply call My Pillow and put his business on hold until Mr. Lindell re-considers his misguided choice of advertising on Fox News.
Alexandria: But how do you get enough people calling My Pillow to impact their business?
Marc: We use our smartphones to call My Pillow and to social network. We spread the word on Social Media. We make the news; we go viral; and we activate a huge and growing number of protesters around the globe on the Internet.
Alexandria: That would certainly send a message.
Marc: We need to make it clear to Fox News advertisers: Stop advertising on Fox News before the Phone Protest spreads to their phones and their business gets burned.
CALL MY PILLOW 1-800-544-8939
Alexandria: What business wants thousands of protesters calling them and making a mess of their business?
Marc: Driven by concerns around digital advertising, big companies are becoming increasingly mindful about brand safety and intentionality in advertising. That awareness is starting to influence other advertising decisions as well, like television sponsorships. These giant corporations do not want millions of consumers using social media to attack and destroy their brand name through social media, much less invade their phones and cripple their communications until their financial losses become unsustainable.
Trust me Alexandria if we get behind a Phone Protest, Fox News shills are not going to viciously attack you and get away with it.
Alexandria: I could not personally endorse a Phone Protest against Fox News; but personally, it couldn’t happen to anyone more deserving than Fox News.
